This Podcast has so much valuable information, I am so glad I came across Candace through her and her daughters’ Instagram and website Your Hormone Balance. I have just begun menopause and have learned so much on staying in balance using bio-identical hormones, maintaining a healthy immune system and so much more. I am always learning when I listen. Ep 34 where they interviewed Gabby Reece is a favorite of mine. Gabby has so much knowledge on maintaining health and it’s interesting to hear some ... more

Love from Berlin
This podcast has been exactly what I’ve been needing. After reading sooooooo many books articles and listening to podcasts I finally found you two that are talking about how I’m feeling! Early onset menopause here at age 39 .... and no Dr has been able to explain to me why I feel the way I do! Headed over to your website to see what my next stop will be on my road to better health and contentment ❤️ thank you so much -I look forward to each episode!
Thank you so much for this, I really appreciate you three. This episode so spoke to me when I needed it! I was feeling very frustrated, stressed and depressed and this message was exactly what so needed. I think the intermittent fasting is what might be what I needed and was starting to play with the Mediterranean diet so that made feel I was on the right path. You actually made me cry, it so spoke to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I listened to this in my bedroom at the end of the day and the end of 2 1/2 weeks of social distancing. I learned much more than I imagined about nutrition, supplements and life from these gracious and knowledgeable women.
