It's getting old. I used to listen to a new episode every time it came out. It used to cover all kinds of topics. Now it's about sex and infidelity and nothing else. John constantly makes comments about how it's "going to be a good one." And I think it's way off base from the Ramsey ministry. Is John Delony even a christian? Let me break the show down, nothing is your fault if you’re a woman, probably blame your parents for your behavior, try writing yourself a letter. That’s the whole show.
When I first stumbled onto this podcast I was initially pleased. Finally an honest and down-to-earth therapist. The longer I listen I find myself disagreeing. Lately, this podcast is full of empty platitudes that are not helpful and usually have NOTHING to do with the issue. Or, Deloney will (more often than not) try to relate whatever situation to his own life, tell a long story about himself, and the kicker…it will not even remotely come close to relating to the poor caller.
I have been a fan of yours from the first time I heard you on The Dave Ramsey Show, even more so that I have found your podcast . Thank you for your transparency,encouragement, and wisdom that you give out to your listeners.
