I believe this show to be very helpful, in certain situations. He seems to be well-meaning and incredibly knowledgeable. I fear that it’s gaining Jerry Spingerish qualities and he is quick to imply that the marriages are over. I hate to hear that, especially these days. I’d like to see more hope and help when folks are in dire straits than a rhetorical “How can I help you”.
Love it
And they are FANTASTIC! I’ve dealt with trauma, PTSD, and reactivity my whole life. Even though the stories are all different, there’s always a nugget from every single one that I can apply to my own life. His advice has also helped me to help others using all that I’m learning.
I've been listening for a few months and I absolutely love your show. My background is in Social Work and I am not too proud to say that I have learned a lot from listening to how you interact with your collar and how to demonstrate empathy and connection with people in a way that I did not always do before.
