So many nuggets of information. You can relate to all of this talks. Raising teens it has opened my eyes and ears even more on how to support the and teach them.
I like the format and John himself. I have listened to many episodes and often feel like I'm missing huge pieces. It's almost like the show takes a two hour phone call and cuts it down to 20 min. There have been so many times that John knows something that hasn't been discussed. It would be better to just focus on one case per show.
Genuinely this podcast has helped me so much! Listening to Dr.John process things with others and the callers who share their traumas allowed me to take the next steps to get therapy for my own trauma. Thank you!
