  • Hate the new format

For those of you looking for something better than this go check out Alex Hormozi’s live Q&A YouTube. From someone that started listening to this podcast from the literal beginning, the new format is beyond horrible. I can’t believe this but I’m about to unsubscribe

  • New format 👎

Edit: Not digging the new format. Nothing against the new host, but the foundation of the show was the Q and A with real business owners. Now it is generic sound bites. Also between the cadence of the hosts voice and the weird background noises (Sounds like little cartoon bubbles are popping up and wooshing around) - the new show sounds like a kids youtube program. Transitioning the host is understandable, but changing the entire format of the show?? Down to 3 stars.

  • New format sucks

This used to be a great show with real world issues being solved. Now the format stinks and it’s just random simple topics in business being told. Bring back the old format.

  • New format isn’t working

The call in show with real world advice from someone who actually built a business was the whole show. The new format doesn’t work.

The Business Debt Trap That Destroys Companies
Q: If a business is already in debt, how do you coach them to become debt-free?
Follow a structured pay-down plan akin to the baby steps: aggressively reduce debt but avoid depleting cash reserves to the point of harm, and balance debt repayment with necessary operating liquidity.
The Business Debt Trap That Destroys Companies
Q: What do you think when you see companies in the news going bankrupt and taking on debt?
Debt-heavy companies are leveraging others' money and often end up losing control; a debt-free model gives more independence and resilience, especially in downturns.
$11,000,000 Company Can’t Pay Their Bills
Q: What's the first place you would look to fix a cash flow problem if the company is profitable but still cash-strapped?
Ensure you are collecting on what is owed within a reasonable window, preferably within 10-30 days, and renegotiate terms with large customers to prevent 60-90 day payment cycles from draining working capital.
Don’t Let Your Company Culture Die With One Person
Q: How can they practically roll out core values across the organization while maintaining authenticity?
Start with clear, heart-driven conversations with the grandmother, distill into four to six core behaviors, involve the leadership team to buy in, and then cascade those values through hiring, training, and ongoing recognition.
Don’t Let Your Company Culture Die With One Person
Q: What is the best way to preserve a family's culture when leadership is remote and a general manager has passed away?
Focus on articulating and embedding core values through heart-led conversations with the family, using storytelling and in-person or video interactions to keep the founders' legacy alive, then translate those values into hiring, training, and everyday practices.
