  • I invested $30,000 with the expectation of earning returns but was ultimately unable to withdraw my funds. After experiencing significant frustration and uncertainty, I came across Mrs. Doris Ashley through extensive research.

Her expertise, professionalism, and coordinated team approach quickly earned my confidence. Throughout the recovery process, I received clear communication, regular updates, and full transparency.

As a result, my funds were successfully recovered. I am truly grateful for h... more

  • Great show!

Dave’s advice has helped me clear a whole lot of debt. He’s direct and right to the point. I only decided to comment cause too many people in the comments are complaining cause he doesn’t coddle every caller. If you’re looking for someone who will be sympathetic to every excuse you bring up, maybe find another show. Keep rocking it dude!!

  • Deleting

Started listening a couple months ago, found because of dr.john delony’s show. I like the concept, but found myself disagreeing with core philosophies such as capitalism, religion, that did not deter me from listening as I am open to hearing another perspective. However, learning that this platform endorsed trump is where I draw the line. It’s shocking how so many can overlook repeated harmful rhetoric, and behaviour toward women and minorities, add felony convictions and the long growing list o... more

  • Just became disheartened

Hearing Dave endorse Trump broke my heart. How can you endorse someone who has been in bankruptcy so many times when your entire show is about staying out of debt. So sad he brought politics into the show. There is also WAY too many ads. Again, they endorse being out of debt but endorsing a bunch of different companies that would probably need to be cut from your budget. Rachel Cruz is more my speed when it comes to being unbiased and more modest.

Your Bank Account Shouldn’t Define You
Q: What should a young couple prioritize when planning a wedding and buying a home?
Focus on building an emergency fund, tame wedding costs within a plan, and compute a down payment that won't derail debt freedom; then create a shared budget and a realistic timeline for home ownership that fits your cash flow.
Start Telling Your Money Where To Go
Q: Should we scale back retirement contributions to pay down debt faster?
No, you should pause investing temporarily to aggressively pay off debt, starting with the smallest balances, then resume retirement funding once debts are under control and an emergency fund is established.
A Written Plan Will Always Keep You On Track
Q: How should a couple approaching retirement decide on leaving a second job or paying off a house?
Assess long-term retirement income, healthcare costs, and the protection of assets; plan to pay off the house, build a cash cushion, and seek professional guidance to optimize investments and tax implications.
A Written Plan Will Always Keep You On Track
Q: What should we do about a second job when aiming to buy a home?
Define a concrete savings goal, evaluate lifestyle needs, and consider adjusting work-life balance; in many cases, reduce or reallocate income to consolidate and reach a sustainable down payment while keeping family needs in mind.
A Written Plan Will Always Keep You On Track
Q: Is it better to refinance or recast a mortgage given a large principal and improving rates?
If you're following the Ramsey plan, prioritize paying off the mortgage aggressively; recasting lowers payments but preserves principal and interest, so break-even analysis and long-term goals should guide the choice.
