  • Listening since before podcasts were cool!

My claim to fame in life is having this reviews title phrase read out at the beginning of one of the 15th anniversary podcasts (humble brag). I don’t have enough space to say how much Steven and Anthony have affected my life in so many positive ways. Like many I’m sure I feel like I know them (and I wish I did). I’ve literally grown up from my early 20’s to early 40’s listening to them and being just a few years behind them have gotten so much benefit and joy to listening to the journey and the... more

  • Brings me joy, and makes me think

I have been listening to The Gomers since the beginning. My kids grew up with them in the background on car rides, and listening to their stories entertains me on my runs/walks. The best part is that their reflections on their journey encourages me to reflect on mine. Anytime I listen to them, I have fun, relate to their struggles, and push myself to be a little healthier.

  • Truly enjoyable

Each episode adds a little something to my life… whether that’s a daily habit, a new movie/music recommendation, or inspiration to try something new or to start again… I look forward to it every week. I always feel uplifted and encouraged after listening! And I always laugh (and sometimes cry).

  • Still Incredible after 17 Years

Just an absolute delight to run with. These guys started podcasting in their 20s when they didn’t know the distance of a half marathon and ran in khaki shorts! Now they’re in their 40s and have clearly grown in wisdom and experience; however their sense of humor, love for each other, and “Gomer-ness” remains the same.
