  • Love the pod, hate the diet culture

I enjoy hearing the funny banter, references to some of my favorite Christmas movies, and of course all of the running chat! As someone who has struggled with disordered eating, I do wish the hosts wouldn’t focus so much on diet talk. Some of the chatter is a bit triggering so I unfortunately have had to shut off the podcast at times. Have either of you read the book intuitive eating? Would strongly recommend it! Anyway, I’ll continue to listen and support the podcast!

  • Love the Gomers!

I've been listening to the Gomers since 2009 -- since before podcasts were cool. At this point, listening to Anthony and Steven is like hanging out with old friends. The new season is excellent. It validates the blocks we each face and provides actionable advice to overcome those blocks. It feels so good to whine sometimes! But the Gomers also provide helpful hints on how to quit whining and tackle those blocks. They have motivated me for years and this season/rebrand is no different.

And a big fist pump for this years’ rebranding... The “blocks” have been relatable, and I enjoy the tangible ways to push through said blocks. more
