Very repetitive. Literally 50% at least of her shows are promoting her very expensive yearly subscription plan.

  • Very informative & detailed!

I love your podcast & the wonderful information you bring to us but I absolutely loved the one on estrogen detoxification with Dr Jones. I could relate to everything she was talking about as I'm a hot mess as far as methylation. I LOVE her & you! I even told my functional dr about you & this podcast as she needs to learn more. Thank you for all you do! It's so very much appreciated!!

  • Cancer wasn’t in the plan

It was so raw and real. Amie showed that even with all her amazing and expert knowledge which I still subscribe to and her always taking care of and helping everyone else with some of the same exact issues, it still happened. It teaches you not to be afraid and to have tools already in practice and in place to be able to use in case something like this hap... more

Q: So what's the whole theory, the carnivore theory around plants and vegetables, fruits, whatever, and how they react in our body?
There's a few ideas there. I'm more of a middle of the road type of person. I don't think all plants are going to kill you, but there are certain plants that probably shouldn't be reintroduced.

My catalyst was I gained 70 pounds with a twin pregnancy, and I was already overweight when I got pregnant. My husband found carnivore online and tried to convince me to do it.
