  • The round table talk

Sara, Tish, and Amanda shared great thoughts over the last 45 minutes+ about life with Running and some varieties and evolving that it has become for all three of them. I was out in my woods doing a little walk run and enjoyed every minute of it. I laughed, and even said ha, ha that sounds like me. It also encourage me to know that if I’m out and about doing my thing, I will continue doing that. It is the best.

I especially like the AMR answers, the end of year host recaps, any personal updates from the hosts, and the new book reviews. Yay to it all.

  • Down to earth, fun and friendly

This podcast is fun, friendly, encouraging and welcoming. I enjoy the hosts who are so wise, lighthearted, kind and down to earth. They bring in great guests, answer listener questions with appropriate guidance and are supportive of all runners, from the newer/less experienced to the veterans. They even discuss non-running movement topics such as open water swimming, pickleball, triathlon and Elliptigo.

  • Feeling a little loss…

I think of AMR as my best podcast friend (BPF😊) I was really sad this morning to listen to the last episode of Many Happy Miles. I am a little behind schedule. I think the book podcasts are good, but I am with AMR because I want to hear about running and runners. Over the past couple of years, it feels like the podcast is drifting away from running and I feel like I am slowly losing my best friend. Today I even heard a pickleball sponsor on the podcast. I am all for pickleball for those who... more

  • Inspiring and Relatable

I have been listening for years, these gals inspired me to continue running after having kids and even to try my first marathon! Now that I have 4 kids, I do not run as much but always come back to listen for motivation, even if it’s not for running. Although- after the Iron Man episode I’m thinking of training…for at least a 10K!
