  • Great podcast!

I stumbled on this podcast about 2 years ago and I’m so thankful I did! Dr Deb helps women get to the root of the issue with food and weight issues especially during menopause. I listen to this podcast all the time because it helps me to remember the things that she talks about and that I need to apply those things.

  • She gets it!

I stumbled on Dr. Deb’s podcast one day and it really made be become more deliberate when deciding if I was really hungry before opening the refrigerator and taking another unnecessary bite of food because I was bored or stressed or sad or whatever other excuse there was. I appreciate her simplistic yet effective approach to changing the way of thinking about food. Her personal story of weight gain and loss resonates with me so if she can do it, it gives me hope that I can too.
