Dr Deb is absolutely amazing and everything she says makes sense. She helps you understand that it’s a process and that you aren’t ever failing , you are just learning every day and the more you implement her plan the easier it gets and the more free you will feel. She will help you end the crazy cycle of deprivation and restriction followed by over indulgence.

I stumbled on this podcast about 2 years ago and I’m so thankful I did! Dr Deb helps women get to the root of the issue with food and weight issues especially during menopause. I listen to this podcast all the time because it helps me to remember the things that she talks about and that I need to apply those things.
I’m only 16 episodes in, but Dr. Deb has already helped me adjust my mindset and given me some tools to really understand my behavior around food and to actively listen to my body…something I never learned to do! If you’ve tried everything, try Dr. Deb’s podcast! You won’t be sorry and I’m not kidding.

A menopause-focused coaching show that centers on mindful eating, body-mood connections, and weighing the benefits of brain-driven strategies over dieting. Episodes frequently explore reclaiming food freedom, managing urges, and balancing weight goals with self-compassion, often contrasting traditional dieting with the Thinner Peace method. Noteworthy are guest success stories, emphasis on emotional eating, and occasional discussions of GLP-1 medications as one path among many. The format blends personal anecdotes, client transformations, and practical mindset tools, making it helpful for midlife women seeking sustainable changes in relationship to food and body image.
