  • Love this podcast but…

    I love all the coaches and Corinne but I miss the content provided in the older podcasts vs. the new ones. They have been shortened and feel more like they have been completed as a “chore”. Or they feel like clips from a coaching instead of a dedicated conversation for the podcast.

  • I always come back

    I have been on weight loss journeys for years. Every time I lose weight, it’s because I have followed Corinne. I do great, then think I could be doing even better, and I try something extreme and lose my mojo, and fall off track. So I keep coming back. Because she works. She makes me think. Her plans are simple and no-nonsense. As soon as I stop plugging in my own nonsense, it will stay off for good!

    With Corinne, I have lost 60lb and kept it off for two years.
