I came across this podcast the other day at the gym and was so encouraged by what Corrine was saying. I am tired of diets and beating myself up for falling off the wagon or not being good enough. Looking forward to catching up on all of the episodes.
Corinne is the best! No nonsense weightloss info - honest and authentic about the real causes of overeating, “f-it eating”. She’s wise and very funny - always inspiring and worth the time. Don’t miss her weekly podcast.

And I absolutely LOVE her ”potty mouth” as all the sensitive, easily butt hurt, people are saying. Corrine is the real deal. I have already learned so much about my how inner thoug... more
