    THIS IS A LONG READ BUT GIVE IT A CHANCE IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT!!!

    I have tried to listen to this podcast twice. Each time I have given up because of her language. I have used all the words she uses but never at work. I try to avoid them and listening to this it’s hard. I love her content just wish she could deliver it without swearing. I’ll keep looking.
