Such an inspiring episode. I was moved by the message about the glowing rectangular device and thought for a minute “what can I do to make one small change towards progress and away from distraction?” It was “go upstairs, grab the copy of “The Screwtape Letters” and pick up that book (that I’ve never read before) when I usually reach for the phone to scroll.
