  • My absolute fav podcast

I have been a long time follower of Lauren’s but only recently started listening to her podcast over the last few months. I love her mindset and practical approach to life and balance, and think everybody could benefit from applying her basic tips to their own lives. I started listening to this podcast on my morning walks with my 1 year old daughter and it’s safe to say I am now a listener for life!

  • Something that I listen to and actually absorb

I don’t know what it is, but Lauren’s podcast and Instagram have changed my mindset in ways nothing has for a long time. I’m a mom of 2 (5 and almost 3) and stuck in a rut. I’ve always known what I’ve HAD to do to lose weight, but getting myself in the calorie deficit just wasn’t happening. Since listening to this podcast for just a few weeks, I’m down 3 pounds, doing hot girl walks DAILY (while listening to this), cut back on weight training and focused on walking, tracking my nutrition in deta... more

  • Love!!!

I just started my weight loss journey mid October and already down 16lbs. I have lost weight a few times in my life but always with unhealthy crash diets. Lauren’s method is simple and easy. The podcast keeps me motivated and on track. I’m so grateful to just have a simple way of eating. Every time I make a meal I’m hearing her voice. For instance, today I was making a turkey sandwich for lunch and I thought how can I make this more balanced? Just added some cauliflower on the side. So simple bu... more

  • Practical steps to see progress

This podcast is great for anyone who has read or heard a lot if nutritional advice, but still isn’t seeing progress. I love that Lauren’s short episodes (about the length of most chores or drives to pick-up kids, etc.) have specific, easy suggestions that are easy to try for yourself. So much other podcast content in this space can leave the listener overwhelmed. The first episode I heard from Lauren, my takeaway was that I may need to change my target calories for the day. I did and saw results... more
