    I absolutely adored this episode!! We talk a lot about fitness and how to be more fit and what to do / not to do but we don’t really talk about the other side effects that fitness has on your life. I absolutely adored each point that Kristy made and it rang so true! It was a great reminder of why I’m doing this and how important it is not just to my physical health but so many other aspects of my life!!! Deload for me is lifting lighter, adding rest days, and increasing flexibility work and mobility rather than chasing a strict 10% drop; it's personalized to how my body feels and allows me to maintain progress without overtraining.
