    I really appreciate how Kristy talks about real life struggles and balancing everything while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I love her honesty and that she doesn’t pretend to be perfect. Sometimes she’ll share some hard truths, but she always follows up with encouragement. Listening to the podcast has helped tremendously in my health journey!
