    So happy I found this podcast. I am new in my body recomposition journey and was listening to way too many podcasts and feeling overwhelmed with all the information I was taking in.     I’ve been listening for about a year and I love this podcast so much! I was able to lose 25 pounds on my own just by listening! Kristy gives raw and real advice and so many helpful tips on how to tackle this whole fitness journey. I recommend starting by listening to some of her first episodes and then choosing the ones that resonate. 100% recommend!
