Fitness drove me to this podcast. Then the kind hearted honest and old-fashioned friendship shared by Jordan and Tony drew me in as much as the primary content. Sometimes I just feel like I’m eavesdropping on two old friends shootin’ the breeze about health, fitness and everything in between. These days when everything is hyper and hyperbolic, I’m really loving this chill dialogue.
Jordan is great. His honesty and integrity are much appreciated in this fitness/health space. I also appreciate when he has guests on and asks them questions and actually cares about what they have to say. Other podcasters tend to talk over their guests, which is really annoying. I look forward to his episodes every week and find myself going back to his previous ones since I’m a newer listener. Would recommend this podcast to others. Also, shout out to Tony, you guys work well together!

Small Negatives:
1) Some episodes are too long and unfocused. 2) As a health professional I can’t share or recommend this podcast to an... more
