I stumbled onto Jordon’s IG page a few years ago fell in love with his sailor mouth (I have one also), his fitness advice and this podcast and I love every bit of it. From the words of the day, to the every day discussions about so many things including fitness stuff, family, everything is always wonderful & insightful! Keep it up Jordan & Tony you rock!!! @1fitmommamichelle

Thank you! You helped me! I don’t have to go to failure and I can do excercize snacks! I free!
