    I really enjoy this podcast. As a fitness professional, the common sense advice that Jordan gives is on point and what is needed in today’s world of b.s. fitness theories. Jordan is always willing to self experiment so he can give first hand insight as well as cover the latest research. I enjoy the variety of guests, especially the ones who cover Israel. We need more voices like Jordan Syatt.

  • A must listen podcast

    If you are looking for a no nonsense podcast about weight loss among other topics then this is the podcast for you. I’ve been listening since 2019 and I’ve loved every episode Jordan puts out for everyone. His podcast makes my daily walks go by so quickly and allows me to learn so many new ideas and keeps me going. Give him a try and you won’t be disappointed.

    Good fitness content especially around fitness being a balanced part of your life. Contains a little more banter than I prefer in my fitness podcasts.

Metabolic adaptation is real, whereas starvation mode, as it's touted, is not. If you're starving, your body doesn't hold onto body fat; you starve. Metabolic adaptation is simply your metabolism adjusting as you lose or gain weight.
