Jordan’s podcast is an absolute breath of fresh air in the fitness and health space. He consistently delivers solid, evidence-based information, but what truly sets him apart is his genuine kindness and radical honesty.
The episodes featuring various cancer experts have been particularly powerful and comforting. Instead of leaning into fearmongering or making listeners feel guilty that they somehow did something wrong, these conversations provided incredible clarity, reassurance, and validation ... more
I was so excited to find this podcast, but the first episode I listened to, he took 23 minutes - 23 minutes!!!!! To get to the start of the show. He had almost 30 minutes of banter. Some personality is fine, but listeners shouldn’t have to hunt through half an hour of shooting the breeze to find the actual content. Please tighten the introductions and get to the useful material sooner! I’ll give him another try . . .
Jordan’s podcast is a constant motivation to me and the best educational content in the fitness space. In an incredibly crowded and noisy space, this is the only fitness podcast you need.
Jordan‘s interview with Travis Harley frightened me to my core. Yet, it is the stark truth that we need to know. For years listening to Jordan has improved my health, wisdom and knowledge of history for which my life has greatly improved. Thank you, Jordan for informing us all on what we need to know to live better and safer life.
Jordan Is one of the best in fitness industry, his knowledge is fantastic but his human qualities are even better !
