  • Episode with Sharon

Wow Jordan! This was another good one! I live in Washington and we are all mail in ballots here along with several other states. I wish we could go to the polls and vote. Our daughter received a ballot in her maiden name for years after she was married. That opened my eyes to the possibility of voter election fraud. She changed her name with the DMV, SS and even registered to vote at her new address in a different county. That’s just our story so it makes me question the integrity of our mail in... more

  • Another great podcast

Listening to your latest podcast. The Save Act. I work for DMV in Florida. We help customers with programs to assist SO MANY people to help them obtain their birth certificate. Please don’t get caught up in the hype. Assistance does exist. It’s not talked about enough. Just had to point that out!

Also, to add to that. In FL, we make exceptions for people born before 1935. Ugh…. This is hard to listen to because I can find a solution (in FL at least) for each “problem” she outlines about require... more

The "Obesity Gene," Treadmill vs Walking Pad, Fat Loss While Marathon Training, Poop Bombs, and More...
Q: Hi Tony and Jordan, walking pads vs. treadmills—what should I buy if space and budget are limited?
Walking pads are usually the best entry point for most people starting out or with tighter budgets because they're cheaper, lighter, and still raise daily movement significantly; if space and money aren't constraints, a treadmill offers more options and speed, but either choice is better than none.
Seasonal Depression, HIIT vs Low Intensity Cardio, Better Sleep Strategies, and More...
Q: What is the best way to balance higher-intensity cardio with low-intensity movement for heart health and longevity?
Lower intensity, long-duration movement (zone 1-2) should be the foundation, providing the biggest base for health and daily function. Higher intensity (zone 3-5) can be added once a strong aerobic base exists to improve VO2 max and performance, typically 1-2 sessions per week.
How to Stop Binge Eating, Losing the Last 10 Pounds, Daily Vitamins, The Best First Gun for a Beginner, and More...
Q: What is a good starter gun for personal protection?
Test multiple options at a range with a one-on-one instructor to find what feels best and has safety features; preferred starts are a Smith & Wesson Shield Plus for a safety mechanism and comfortable grip, or a Glock 19 if no safety is required, with emphasis on safe storage, holster choice, and practice.
How to Stop Binge Eating, Losing the Last 10 Pounds, Daily Vitamins, The Best First Gun for a Beginner, and More...
Q: I'm a long-time listener wondering if switching to a higher quality program like The Inner Circle would help me lose the last 10 pounds, or is consistency with what I'm doing enough?
Consistency trumps perfection; a good program designed well will yield better results if followed consistently, but nutrition and personal goals matter most for losing those last pounds, so assess whether you can commit to stricter nutrition or prefer gradual progress with current habits.
The Science (and Truth) About Cupping, Understanding Ultra-Processed Foods, Phentermine, and More...
Q: Question for the podcast: Cupping—what is it supposed to do, should you go to a professional, or are home machines okay?
Tony explains that cupping can provide short-term feel-good effects but the long-term benefits aren't well-supported by strong evidence, and the effects don't compound like progressive strength training; he suggests focusing on evidence-based methods and listening to how your body responds.
