  • Love it

    Love, Love, Love this podcast!

I love the honesty that Jordan is un afraid to share on every subject he is asked about. He is the epitome of speaking truth in love.

    Tony is also fantastic

And I love when Susan is a guest. I am a year into HRT and she is a great advocate for it. Women in peri- menopause, menopause and post menopause really need someone in their corner, sharing their story.

Best Workouts for Busy People, Strength Training After 40, Designing Your Own Workout Program, & More
Q: You mentioned bodybuilding as the best training methodology for most people. Can you explain why and how it differs from extreme specialization?
Bodybuilding works for most people because it blends compound and isolation work, allows a broad range of rep schemes, and emphasizes addressing weak points with a sustainable approach. It's not about copying elite athletes but about building a strong, healthy base with practical movements.
Heart Rate Recovery, First Responder Training, Weighted Vest Workouts, Fat Loss Snacks, Training My Daughters to Fight, and More...
Q: How do you improve your heart rate recovery?
Start by incorporating higher intensity cardio a little more often (about every 7–10 days) and track how quickly your heart rate returns to baseline, aiming for a drop of about 15–25 BPM in the first minute after exercise; combine this with long-term consistency and leveraging available HIIT-based workouts.
Eating High Calorie Foods WITHOUT Anxiety, EMOM Workouts, 75 Hard, Antonio in The Studio, and More…
Q: How has your relationship with health and fitness changed since partnering with Jordan on the podcast, if at all? What myths did get debunked along the way?
The guest emphasizes that there were not dramatic paradigm shifts, but a lasting change toward prioritizing consistency, flexibility, and sustainable progress over perfection. He notes the value of honest goal setting and recognizing when to adjust plans, rather than pursuing a rigid, all-or-nothing approach.
Why You Keep Failing Your Diet, Inappropriate Comments at the Gym, I Broke My Leg (Now What?) and More...
Q: How can someone maintain progress after a significant injury like a broken leg?
Acknowledge that some strength loss is inevitable, leverage the crossover training to preserve upper body and non-injured leg, keep protein and calories adequate to support recovery, and plan a rapid but safe return-to-training that prioritizes rebuilding strength and mobility quickly.
Why You Keep Failing Your Diet, Inappropriate Comments at the Gym, I Broke My Leg (Now What?) and More...
Q: What should someone do if they feel uncomfortable with a comment at the gym and worry about telling a supervisor?
Communicate openly with your supervisor about the incident, specify what happened, what you found inappropriate, and outline the action you'd like taken, while stressing that the goal is to ensure a safe, respectful environment for everyone.
