Jordan, you captured the emotions and the facts on the Bondi Beach massacre precisely. Thank you for bringing the nuances of this tragedy to your listening audience. It’s very difficult for people to understand what we are going through at this moment. You have done an excellent job of speaking from the heart while staying true to the facts.

Edited: My original review is below. Less than a couple weeks after this review I noticed the podcast was time stamped in sections. This completely resolved my central gripe in my initial review. Great Podcast!

Original: I really like Jordan Syatt and believe he has a lot of useful information to share but I find his podcast almost unlistenable. I always have to fast forward and search for the content because there is so much useless talking and rambling, especially in the beginning. If editin... more

Starvation Mode vs Metabolic Adaptation, SSRI's and Weight Loss, Improving Blood Pressure, Lowering Cholesterol, The Great Nate Bargatze, and More...
Q: How do you reconcile these two seemingly opposite claims, i.e. starvation mode isn't real and that metabolic adaptation is real?
Metabolic adaptation is real, whereas starvation mode, as it's touted, is not. If you're starving, your body doesn't hold onto body fat; you starve. Metabolic adaptation is simply your metabolism adjusting as you lose or gain weight.

Q: Do you think she should go up to 90% consistency?
Both suggest that increasing consistency might not be worth it when it could compromise quality of life and dietary enjoyment.
