  • Interesting content

I decided to give Jordan’s podcast a try after enjoying his Instagram content. The podcast does not disappoint! It’s an interesting blend of topics discussed with humour, depth, insight, and sometimes measured debate. I’ve learned a lot and appreciate Jordan’s approach to discussing issues that can be potentially divisive—he might have his own firm opinions but maintains a thoughtful approach. I’ve enjoyed every episode so far. I’ll keep tuning in! Thanks for your work.

    Love, Love, Love this podcast!

I love the honesty that Jordan is un afraid to share on every subject he is asked about. He is the epitome of speaking truth in love.

    Tony is also fantastic

And I love when Susan is a guest. I am a year into HRT and she is a great advocate for it. Women in peri- menopause, menopause and post menopause really need someone in their corner, sharing their story.

1 Palestinian and 1 Israeli Explore The Road to Peace
Q: How can extremist voices be engaged at the table without legitimizing violence?
By including extremists in a controlled peace-building process to isolate and counteract violence with moderates and civil society, while ensuring accountability and ensuring the process centers on shared safety and dignity for all.
1 Palestinian and 1 Israeli Explore The Road to Peace
Q: What practical steps can outsiders take to contribute to peace beyond dialogue?
Support grassroots organizations, fund scholarships for education, participate in interfaith and cross-community activities, advocate for policies that invest in peace rather than weapons, and engage in people-to-people programs like olive-branch exchanges and joint schooling.
1 Palestinian and 1 Israeli Explore The Road to Peace
Q: Aziz and Maoz, what moment shifted you from seeking revenge to choosing forgiveness and a future-focused approach?
They describe moving from anger after personal losses to a deliberate choice of forgiveness, guided by conversations with each other and a broader community that emphasized shared values and a hopeful future, rather than vengeance.
Perinatal Workouts and Nutrition: Everything You Need to Know
Q: What should a pregnant person focus on when starting or continuing strength training?
Lift safely with good technique, start at a comfortable baseline, progress gradually, monitor symptoms like leakage or pelvic floor discomfort, and adjust based on how you feel rather than following a rigid rule.
Bulgarian Split Squat Science, Fat Loss for Busy People, GLP-1 Struggles, and More…
Q: What is the best approach for the messy middle in weight loss and balancing workouts with a busy schedule?
Focus on calories first, with a target of sustainable fat loss; aim for a sensible minimum of steps (e.g., 7,500 per day) and include some strength work (even 1-2 sets per exercise, 2 days a week) to preserve muscle and bone health; you don't need to overcomplicate training—consistency and small, manageable workouts beat perfection; plan meals, batch cook when possible, and be flexible with workload and recovery.
