  • Amazing info that’s so needed!

I love this podcast and always look forward to the wisdom Nikkiey shares. It’s a great guide for wherever someone is at in their fitness journey but I find it particularly helpful for someone who’s in their forties who has been doing allll of the wrong things for so long and wants a lifestyle NOT another diet.
