The episode about overeating and how queues can cause eating habits (like eating in front of the tv!) was so helpful! This episode gave me some very do able things I can do to help redirect myself and change some of my bad habits. After tracking for a few days I noticed I’m usually way over in carbs and fat and way under in protein! Thank you for this podcast!!

I joined WB a few months ago. I really enjoyed listening to this episode because of the openness of discussing the importance of faith and the role it plays in our care for the bodies we have been given. It was a good reminder to love our bodies instead of abusing them with our dislikes and comparisons.

    It’s a holistic approach-Spiritual-Physical-Mental balance.

Thank you Nikki for sharing this, sharing a bit of your journey with everyone, a sharing the Good News!

  • Episode 367

I loved episode 367, the first episode I listened to. I sent a message to Coach Shelley that I wanted to be more disciplined and wanted to pray about my goals and she sent me this podcast, which is exactly what I needed to hear! There is a component to this in being disciplined and obedient rather than “trying” to do this on my own. I love that Nikkiey is a Christian and is bringing this full circle in that there is more to this than just eating right and exercising. This gives me something to ... more
