I joined WB a few months ago. I really enjoyed listening to this episode because of the openness of discussing the importance of faith and the role it plays in our care for the bodies we have been given. It was a good reminder to love our bodies instead of abusing them with our dislikes and comparisons.
It’s a holistic approach-Spiritual-Physical-Mental balance.
Thank you Nikki for sharing this, sharing a bit of your journey with everyone, a sharing the Good News!
I loved episode 367, the first episode I listened to. I listen to this podcast on my lunch-break walks. As a woman in my mid-40s it is perfect listening (and the right length) Motivates me to carry on lifting!

I love this information. I have been working with a coach for a few years and this podcast reaffirms their information and I am learning new things as well.
