She doesn’t sugarcoat the journey to health, fitness, or fat loss—she just tells it like it is. Her personal stories about dieting make the whole journey feel much more attainable and relatable. Emma is incredibly knowledgeable in her field, both from personal experience and study. Her guidance is to the point, no sugar coating accuracy that a person needs to get real results and keep them without spinning their wheels. And she’s funny! :-)
Emma is the common sense, practical weight loss coach we all need in our corner! I just listened to her episode about not waiting to start your weight loss journey until January, and it was filled with great tips and empowering mindset shifts. For someone that has trouble with consistency and binge eating, I so appreciate her approach. Highly recommend!
