  • Life changing!

I have always loved high intensity training and was very skeptical when I came across EVLO and this podcast. I was hesitant to jump into the program but after having a bad case of tendinitis in my knee I came across Dr. Shannon’s instagram page and eventually this podcast and dove into the episodes! I love how Dr. Shannon and her guests get so scientific about what’s actually happening in our bodies and what our bodies need to gain muscle! So many workout programs have users going through the mo... more

  • So informative!!!

I recently found this podcast and seriously can’t get enough!! It’s quickly become a go-to resource for me. I really appreciate the educational approach Dr. Shannon takes on the topics she covers she is very transparent and everything is heavily researched. I’ve learned so much about the importance of resistance training and women building muscle in their 30’s. I wish I would have found her earlier and been more informed on the benefits of strength training, instead of just being influenced by a... more

  • Fit Body, Happy Joints ® podcast

I have been listening to Fit Body, Happy Joints ® for about a year and have been doing the exercises from Evlo along with it! First of all, Shannan and everyone else are so good to instruct first and give different options for doing exercises. They are sticklers for proper form and for the proper mentality about exercise. I have been so impressed with the teaching and I have learned so much about how to take care of my body while building muscle! I am 65 years old and I am building my soul by do... more

  • Love her science based research

after listening to a handful of podcasts, Dr. shannon made me realize that I’m likely overtraining my body. I’m week 2 into her app and I have more energy, body feels less “beat up” and muscles are toned. Thank you for inspiring me with science based research to follow your approach!! I’m a huge fan of strength training and did not want to give it up… Just had to find a way to dial it back.
