    I started listening to Shannon’s podcasts around 6 months ago and I’ve quickly gone through well over 100 episodes. I first heard Shannon on the skinny confidential and loved her messaging and the way she presents information that is backed in science and not based on fitness marketing. I later became an Evlo member as I was bored with the routines that I was trying and seeing subpar results. I can’t recommend Evlo enough as well as this podcast.     I can’t say how much I am enjoying this podcast. I have been listening to about an episode a day for a little over a month and have learned SO MUCH about exercise and nutrition. I love that every bit of information on this podcast is backed by science and research, and is explained in a digestible, usable way. Furthermore, I love that there are no ads.
