Obsessed with this podcast and the Evlo program! The most recent body recomp capsule was fantastic. I’d love to hear more about the ideal amount of rest to take between sets how to save time if you’re the kind of person who needs to rest 1-3 minutes in between sets (even when switching muscle groups)
