I’ve been a member of Evlo for over 1 year and have been an even longer listener of this podcast. I’ve learned so many applicable tips and information about fitness, nutrition and body recomposition. I also loved the capsule series released earlier this year! Highly recommend listening for anyone anywhere on their fitness journey.
I am starting my weightlifting journey this week due to Ostopeonia and my PT suggested Evlo. I listened to the January recomposition series before starting and I feel better prepared. Obama Jazzercise instructor so I have the cardio part covered, but need to life heavier than Jazzercise allows to correct the Ostopeonia.
I started Evlo like I do most things at a busy time in life. I believe if I can do it when times are busy I can sustain my fitness routine. Dr. Shannon’s podcast as well as the great workouts on Evlo have been so helpful to me as I try to stay consistent with my weightlifting. The language around making your strength a priority, not a punishment is so wonderful to hear each time I grab my weights to lift. Thank you!!
Dr Shannon had been great on social media and on this podcast explaining things in a way I understand - I’ll be saving and returning to her body recomp capsule!
The latest capsule series was excellent! Thank you for taking the time to make these easy to understand.
