  • Really helpful information

I started Evlo like I do most things at a busy time in life. I believe if I can do it when times are busy I can sustain my fitness routine. Dr. Shannon’s podcast as well as the great workouts on Evlo have been so helpful to me as I try to stay consistent with my weightlifting. The language around making your strength a priority, not a punishment is so wonderful to hear each time I grab my weights to lift. Thank you!!

Love this podcast! And loved the most recent capsule series about body recomposition. As a fellow online entrepreneur, kudos to your marketing funnel! You put out a great free podcast, it convinced me that your way of looking at exercise is better than conventional programs (I’m an OT so have worked closely with PTs, so it made so much sense that PTs would be amazing at planning workouts), and then I signed up for Evlo- and 6 weeks later I have noticeably more muscle definition on the 3x/week tr... more

  • LOVE

Obsessed with this podcast and the Evlo program! The most recent body recomp capsule was fantastic. I’d love to hear more about the ideal amount of rest to take between sets how to save time if you’re the kind of person who needs to rest 1-3 minutes in between sets (even when switching muscle groups)
