  • Amazing Podcast!

I have learned so much after just a few episodes of this podcast and it has helped me rethink the way I workout. Shannon is very educated and intentional about the way she both presents information and structures workouts which is good for someone like me who gets overwhelmed with outside information telling me how to stay healthy. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone trying to improve their fitness routine!

  • Love Fit Body Happy Joints so much

I stumbled onto Fit Body Happy Joints in early 2021 when I was recovering from a shoulder and bicep injury. The injury was attributed to exercise and overuse and as I am older (60 now) I was eager to find a way to continue exercising while protecting my joints from further injury. Shannon’s podcast popped up and I never looked back. I ultimately became an Evlo member and have been enjoying joint-safe exercise and gentle consistency ever since. I really like that I can work out whenever I want be... more
