  • The healthiest approach to weight loss I've ever seen

    I have a history of eating disorders (a long time ago now) so am very alert to unrealistic promises, extreme diets and rapid weight loss that doesn't last. Corey doesn't shame you and he doesn't demonise being overweight or make it sound like the worst thing in the world. He's like, "if you're happy then great, live your life."
