  • Changed so much more than my weight!

I found the Half Size Me podcast almost three years ago, and I still look forward to each new episode. Heather’s approach is practical, supportive, and genuinely life-changing. She encourages you to start where you are and create a plan that works for you, making lasting change feel achievable.

The Premium membership is well worth the small monthly fee - there’s so much valuable extra content. Through the podcast, I was fortunate enough to win coaching with Heather, which was a true game-changer... more

  • Skip unless you want to pay

Half of the content has to be paid for by joining a premium service. The ads are annoying too. I feel the show used to be good, but it’s not worth the price of the membership in my opinion.

  • Need to re-assess offering

Understand you are trying to validate the monthly fee by only putting out some content and saving the rest for subscribers, but unlikely you will get new listeners with the limited content you are currently providing. Every two weeks and much shorter episodes just aren’t compelling. And if I was a new listener I wouldn’t see any value on a subscription. Heck I am a long time listener and I don’t see the value. Also .. the excessive use of “does that make sense?” is both annoying and also just gi... more

The daily PPJ postings provided accountability and commitment to writing and planning for the next day, while the lessons and Q&A clarified concepts and helped resolve sticking points.
How to Start Over With Weight Loss Without Starting From Shame | HSM 758
Q: How did travel change your approach to weight management?
Travel used to derail me completely, but through pre-planning meals and logging even partial choices, I stayed calmer, made healthier defaults, and sometimes still had room for favorites without going off plan.
