  • This Podcast Saved My Life

Kathryn’s teachings and revolutionary perspective on eating disorders genuinely saved my life and helped me find peace for the first time in years. PLEASE listen to her when she says you might also need outside/ professional help (that is cohesive with her approach!). That was the missing puzzle piece for me but I took it as a meaningless “legal disclaimer” for far too long.

  • Very helpful and I 100% recommend

I've read the book, and even joined the BOB program for a couple of months in the past, and the approach truly works. I am often astonished why it's not better known in Germany. I am also listening to this podcast frequently, and both content as well as both Kathryn and Julie (co-host, sometimes) are great to listen to. Big thanks from me, your content changed my life. #TrueStory
