  • Very disappointed with the "are seed oils bad for you?" episode

answer: no, they are perfectly safe. I'm majorly disappointed CVG would give a platform to a know-nothing grifter like Steven Rofrano. he's not a doctor or a dietitian, just a former software engineer who watched too many wellness influencer videos on TikTok and now peddles overpriced snack chips for Erewhon. I had to stop listening to the podcast so my head wouldn't explode, never heard so many patently untrue statements in one sitting SMH.

  • Great content. Sound is weird.

The content is so fantastic but the mics seem to really be low quality causing echo or reverb that’s unpleasant.

S13 EP28: Fat Grafting and Explant Surgery Explained by Dr. Jon Kanevsky
Q: What differentiates fat grafting from implants in terms of results and long-term appearance?
Fat grafting builds volume by moving the patient's own tissue, allowing more natural shaping and the possibility of multiple rounds to refine the result, whereas implants provide immediate volume with a foreign body and different risk profiles.
S13 EP21: Food choice is not about willpower. | Lacey Baier
Q: Why is protein emphasized for midlife women, especially during perimenopause?
Protein supports muscle maintenance and hormonal regulation, helps with fullness, and makes it possible to train and stay energized as metabolism shifts with age.
S13 EP17: How to Love Yourself. Period.
Q: Why call the book You Are Enough? Who are you speaking to when you named it that?
The message is aimed at anyone who has internalized a sense of not being enough due to external pressures; it emphasizes that true worth comes from recognizing the love, light, and presence within themselves, not from societal validation.
Why Women’s Worth is a Birthright with Maggie Winzeler
Q: When did you really start believing that your worth is a birthright?
Maggie shares that her journey began after experiencing a complicated pregnancy loss during the pandemic, which led her to identify her inherent worth.
