  • answer: no, they are perfectly safe. I'm majorly disappointed CVG would give a platform to a know-nothing grifter like Steven Rofrano. he's not a doctor or a dietitian, just a former software engineer who watched too many wellness influencer videos on TikTok and now peddles overpriced snack chips for Erewhon. I had to stop listening to the podcast so my head wouldn't explode, never heard so many patently untrue statements in one sitting SMH.
