I had to stop listening to the podcast so my head wouldn't explode, never heard so many patently untrue statements in one sitting SMH.

The content is so fantastic but the mics seem to really be low quality causing echo or reverb that’s unpleasant.
Episode 272 is my absolute favorite episode so far. This is such a balanced and healthy podcast and I really enjoyed this episodes factual and upbeat information
