I have learned a lot from this podcast. My favorites are the episodes with Tony - so informative! A request - an episode about strength training with hypermobility, which seems to get even more challenging in perimenopause.
The audio is awful. It’s so hard to listen to any episode because of the terrible audio. The most recent episode I had to turn off because I could not listen to all the sounds from them inhaling.
