  • Great podcast

    I enjoy listening to this podcast. It’s a great resource to feel connected to the bodybuilding community through hearing the different journeys of her guest and I think Rachel asks great questions. The only thing is that in the last few episodes the audio has not been great. Idk if it’s a delay but in one the guest was talking over Rachel all throughout and then in another the volume on Rach’s mic was so much lower than the guest. It would be great if this can get troubleshooted in the future ep... more

    The information shared from the guests is so raw & real, which is great for anyone looking for truthful information! Rachel does a great job digging into deeper questions and providing valuable insight along with them as well. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

  • The last sentence says it all

    I really like Rachel as a coach. I think she’s knowledgeable and her work speaks for itself. However, when a person allows a guest to call people pedophiles it’s a huge turn off. It makes me think that she doesn’t care about potential clients that are turned off by divisive politics. This podcast is suppose to be about training and dieting in a sustainable way. But, she and her boyfriend made it very clear that divisive political rhetoric is allowed. I didn’t finish that episode. If you believe ... more
