  • Don’t listen to early episodes

Maybe I shouldn’t have gone back to the first early episodes in 2019… talking sarcastically, mocking and being negative about anything that isn’t aligned to your movement is a very negative communication style. Instead of focusing on data points and evidence, and being welcoming, it feels like the whole point of an episode is to show off the host’s negative sarcastic wit. The quality of the audio is poor and the host is always demonstrating things physically that you can’t see.. I assume this ha... more

  • Outstanding

I’ve always been a “believer” in the concept of minimalist footwear and that only gets stronger with each episode of this podcast. The host clearly knows his craft and is very outspoken about it, which I find to be both refreshing and engaging. As a masters athlete myself, I’m also inspired by the fact that he still competes as a sprinter himself. He clearly walks (runs) his talk. All told, this is a great podcast and well worth the weekly listen!
