  • Amino acids

I’ve heard the argument for years about the amino acids and protein coming from animal or plant sources. I also have never liked the comparison to humans versus animals because gorillas, horses etc have different genetics than we do. We are also not about to eat as much as an animal like that to get enough amino acids to build that amount of muscle. It far easier to get your complete amino acid needs from meat and throw in a variety of fruits and vegetables for all your other nutrient needs. As ... more

  • Need new audio engineer and producer

This podcast desperately needs a new audio engineer and producer. The recording cuts Dr. Gundry off mid-sentence constantly and will not pick back up on his thoughts after the ad breaks. Also, the whole podcast sounds really sketchy - almost like they’re ripping Dr. Gundry’s audio off YouTube without his permission. It’s really messy, which is too bad because I love listening to Dr. Gundry. This podcast does not feel professional at all!

  • Conflict Disclaimers

I enjoy the content but Dr. Gundry needs to avoid sounding so patronizing with his tone when saying “no, I have no affiliation with them.” Audiences appreciate it when the speaker respectfully responds whether they have any conflicts of interest regarding products mentioned.

  • Fasting and bile accumulation

Doctor Gundry, thank you for everything you do!

    I have a question.

Does the time controlled eating create the gallstones?

When you don't eat for prolonged periods, especially if you skip meals regularly or engage in extended fasting, bile can accumulate in your gallbladder.

    Here's why:

Bile release: Your gallbladder releases bile primarily when you eat, especially when you consume fatty foods, to help with digestion.

Bile storage: Between meals, bile is stored and concentrated in your gallbla... more
