I only had my whoop for two months and stopped charging completely, I got second charger and it’s not working either, doesn’t go beyond 20% why did I pay for whole year if your devices don’t work, they useless now, I cancelled my membership and still have 8 months to go with non working device. vey insightful, love it
This podcast is incredible. Love all the hosts and guests. Kristin Holmes is a fantastic scientist and is incredible at her job, but if she keeps talking over people that she’s interviewing and interrupting them, I’m going to rip my hair out.
The podcast and the wearable will tesch you to give your body and mind what they need to thrive. 11/10 for both. Been using my whoop for a month (newbie here) and already am seeing how my work affects my stress levels and sleep even on days where I thought I was in better shape than I was. The body keeps the score and whoop helps you improve that score.
The female interviewer keeps talking and while the expert guest is speaking she keeps saying “Hmm-hm” and “Yeah” every 3-5 seconds. Incredible annoying. She also laughs and interrupts the expert all the time. One of the worst Podcast interviewers I’ve experienced. She does everything wrong. Keep QUIET and let the expert talk.
