  • Not all providers are clueless in nutrition

Many of us have now taken additional training in longevity and nutrition, which is readily available. I work in conjunction with a registered dietitian at times. I regularly check bloodwork for patients and often it returns completely normal and we need to refocus on the basics. Just like all registered dietitians are not created equal, I don’t believe that all physicians are tot... more

  • Ole

As a supplement to using the WHOOP band, the podcast adds significant value. It helps me better understand the data I see in the app, providing context around metrics like recovery, strain, sleep, and long-term health trends.

  • Pushing Fraudulent Product

Don’t care how good the podcasts are, they are pushing a fraudulent product. I literally had to cancel my credit card for fraud protection because WHOOP continued to try to bill my card well over a year after I had cancelled my membership. Their “customer service” consists of a non-bypassable AI bot with no humans involved.
