    I have enjoyed every episode of this podcast, even the ones that are talking about training in ways that I am just never going to do. I would have given it a 5 but was very disappointed that Andy did not call out Sam Harris for his perseveration on “the far left”’s role in the crisis of confidence in science. I don’t know that he’s wrong (although in a science based podcast really you should say what that means), but it’s a little hard to take when we have actual outbreaks of preventable communi... more

  • Great accessory for my fitness journey

    I have recently hopped back on the fitness wagon, and the Perform podcast has provided a lot of insight to keep me focused and motivated. I don’t think it’ll take me long to get caught up on all the past episodes. I highly recommend this show to anyone who cares about their health and fitness.
