    These podcasts seem better to me than a 30 minute drs. Visit. I am 48 years old, elementary school SPED teacher, mother of 3 & barely have time & energy to figure out my female health & I Pride myself on coping with my body. I have been trusting my body & my connection within it my whole life. I have been skeptical or overwhelmed about taking pills, using birth control to help with hormones & don’t know if hormone therapy is cancer causing or beneficial for me b/c I have heard both.     I have a master’s degree in nursing and do you know I actually thought there was something wrong with me? I’m a 50 year old woman who has lived my entire life thinking there must be something structurally wrong with me that I dont orgasm with penetration alone. Turns out, 82% of woman don’t. Wow. 82%!
