Sometimes these podcasts are not that easy to follow because I think they forget that not all their listeners are doctors and when they speak using Medical Terminology with these words that only one doctor to another would understand and thats where they end up losing me. I’m not saying all of them are like that, but majority are and it’s quite frustrating. :\
Sounds like veganism in the USA is less whole food plant based, and more convenience foods (processed).
