  • Not Able To Listen

Your podcast came recommended by my family doctor. I am excited about trying this new way of life. I already am a conscience is low carbohydrate eater but I need to get serious for health reasons.

I am a big podcast user so I am not understanding why your podcast doesn’t working. I press play it acts like it’s doing something and then it goes back to pause or to resume. I’ve tried restarting my phone., I tried closing the app and opening it, and I made sure there were no updates needed.

  • Well… no thanks

I started listening but just realized that every headline for episodes accuses Dr.s of ā€˜lying’ and ā€˜HATING’ this, that and the other thing. It’s taken on the zealousness of a clickbait channel.

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Dr Westman, thanks so much for your balanced, common sense approach to keto. Thank you for leaving out the expensive, unpractical nonsense that is so confusing from other keto influencers. Your approach is so very helpful and productive and keeps me on track. Again, thank you!
