The last fitness podcast from someone else I tried to listen to went completely over my head….. Too long; too technical and frankly too much gym bro style. Jazz is relatable and practical. I’ve followed her on IG for a while for her technical tips (they are so useful) and this is a natural companion to that. Thank you for such brilliant free content.
