I’m not going to rate less than 5 stars because I still enjoy your guys’ work and contribution to the lifting community. However I must say I find Pascal’s comments regarding one going on holiday and enjoying every meal, super extreme. Pascal, if someone goes on holiday and gains 2 kg, why are you acting like that weight is never going to come off and the diet is ruined? Is that weight purely fat?
