fo a dentist this guy seem to know everything about everything: dont lift because he can’t make gains, dont go to school because apparently no one can become a washed up dentist after the ripe age of 20 more

  • Aptly named

This podcast smashes. Brains and gains! Dave thinks about things similarly to me, and he always asks the question I would want to ask. His guests are then able to provide the context that provides practical value for the listener. I highly recommend listening. Go back to the beginning, cause the Scott Stevenson and Eric Helms episode is gold!
