Dave does a great job distilling fitness and nutrition info for everyone
fo a dentist this guy seem to know everything about everything: dont lift because he can’t make gains, dont go to school because apparently no one can become a washed up dentist after the ripe age of 20
Basically there is no other way to live life other than doign exactly what this washed dentist has done. Imagine spending your life fixing people’s rotten teeth. Brutal
This podcast smashes. Brains and gains! Dave thinks about things similarly to me, and he always asks the question I would want to ask. His guests are then able to provide the context that provides practical value for the listener. I highly recommend listening. Go back to the beginning, cause the Scott Stevenson and Eric Helms episode is gold!
So many great guests!
