I followed Eric over from Iron Culture, l’ve always appreciated his dry humor, but I didn’t find this podcast all that engaging. Combine that with the fact that no matter what Lauren is saying she sounds like she is talking down to the audience, I can’t see any reason to continue listening.
Headlines never stop, influencers never stop, and even supposed science communicators in the health and fitness space turn out to be grifters more often these days. What’s the solution? How about two active researchers in exercise and nutrition, not MDs, engineers, or adjacent field specialists with a blind spot for their own expert creep to help you sift through the noise. That’s Trex and Lauren on front page fitness, 10/10!
The takes are hot and the science is even hotter, these two don’t miss

This is a great listen. Funny, engaging, and super informative. Loving it!
