  • Maybe the Best

The 2 Erics are among if not the best at at making what could be extremely boring, tediously nuanced things digestible and entertaining. Trex’s dry humor is sneaky good and Helms can pretty much explain anything and even a dumb guy like me understands. … I listen to probably 4-5hours of podcasts a day, I think this is the only review I’ve written

Ep 365 - Confidence, Self-Doubt & Thinking Clearly in the Fitness Industry - Eric Helms & Steve Hall
Q: What do you see as the difference between seeing data and applying it personally?
James's data analysis is based on population trends, which may not accurately represent individual experiences.
Ep 365 - Confidence, Self-Doubt & Thinking Clearly in the Fitness Industry - Eric Helms & Steve Hall
Q: Do you think self-doubt has made you work harder?
Yes, self-doubt drives constant reflection and improvement, pushing Eric to question his capabilities and effort.
Ep 362 - WNBF Champ Shreenath Ganesh
Q: What does the future hold for you?
I want to help people back home and promote natural bodybuilding while also providing support to aspiring athletes facing financial hardships.
Ep 360 - WNBF Champs Eddie Saldana and Max Melchard
Q: So Max, what does the future hold? Are we taking an off-season? Are you getting back on stage? Or what's going on for the future for Max, the bodybuilder?
I will definitely take an off-season. I know that I can improve the way I did within the last three years, because I made the newbie gains of someone who's coming from all different kinds of sports, now focusing on bodybuilding.
Ep 360 - WNBF Champs Eddie Saldana and Max Melchard
Q: Max, tell me about the bodybuilding culture in Austria and Germany, and especially the natural bodybuilding culture, because it seems like it's very, very strong and people get into it at a young age.
I think the reason why many European athletes bring their certain looks is because many athletes choose to do a prep with a coach and as the European culture and judges prefer conditioned looks.
