    I have crohns and have always struggled with fitness but I've been following Dr Mikes advice on weight building and I already see a great difference in my gains....

    And I can keep up with my kids when I get home from work. I bring a good energy home.

    This show is so informative and entertaining! The topics are relevant and interesting and I’ve learned a lot! Even when they go off topic of the episode, it’s still so entertaining and still subject matter that I care about. These guys are hilarious and awesome to listen to! I’m never bored on an episode or feel the need to fast forward. It’s great!
