Layne has been an inspiration to me personally in my fitness and lifting journey, which began 2 years ago. I so appreciate everything he does on his social media platforms.
Dr. Layne really blows up a lot of grad school which a few years ago really irritated me. Now I think it’s one of the best sources for continuing to dive into discussions around current nutrition and body composition research. You won’t be disappointed.
