I am so excited to dive into all of these episodes. Everything is right up my alley... I have listened to Dr. Norton many times and did not know he had his own show.
Dr. Norton is a MUCH needed beacon through the chaos, scams and other nefarious noise in the Nutritional guidance industry. He brings the science (even if it changes) and what I like to call a “data bath”.
My brain is happy and grateful too!
Love it! I think the How to think like a scientist and things I’ve changed my mind on episodes are both great listens that really teach you how to approach new information.
I love this podcast, point blank! I like it so much that I am skeptical now to listen to anything else or who to really back when it comes to “science” based content. I think what I really like is that nothing is set in stone, except for very little and that most studies can be swayed, depending on who is funding it or how you interpret the data. Keep up the good work!
I’m Active Duty Military and have been following Dr. Norton for over 10 years applying his principles and concepts - it’s been amazing to see his growth & evolution across social media and how consistent he is with proving that data>feelings….this podcast is the pinnacle of it all.
