I first read your book 4 years ago and there began to understand alcohol is a poison and my relationship with it dysfunctional. But although I broke my drinking habit I drifted back to it. It was all part of the journey however. Have now arrived at a much better place and am 6 months sober, feeling so healthy and contented. And wealthier😉

I’m sober curious and have an extensive collection of sober audio and text books, including several from Craig. It’s great he is doing a free regular podcast helping out real people like me and pointing out truths to combat big alcohols ads and the social stigma of not drinking. Thanks Craig!

If you are concerned about your drinking or feel that you need help, don’t seek it from Craig Beck. His entire podcast is just a delivery vehicle to sell you his expensive hypnotherapy system and ongoing membership fee. He bad mouths much more effective and long-standing help methods which are free, to steer you away from them. He’s hoping to profit off your pain and worry.

I have read all of Craig’s books and done his stop drinking course. They are all life changing items and an absolute must for anyone wanting to quite drinking (alcohol). The podcast is another item I have in my toolkit that keeps me in check and in touch with the reality of how ridiculous it is to drink alcohol. Thanks Craig

Quite simply the best, most relatable problem drinker podcaster I’ve been able to find. I could listen to Craig all day long (definitely see how he used to be a radio DJ). Very thoughtful and deep thinking points consistently made. I’ll have to do the course one day, but just listening to how passionately he talks about the negative impacts of alcohol helps me remember that giving it up completely is probably my only hope!
