Gillian is the most educated person about alcohol science I’ve come across. Every show is meticulously researched. I used to say “if I COULD drink in moderation I would” but honestly now drinking is no longer even appealing to me. It is wild how much this podcast series changed my perspective and honestly probably my life. Thank you Gillian.
This has been my go-to podcast on my sober journey. Understanding the science and how drinking affects the brain truly keeps me from drinking. Thanks for all of your research and information!
This is by far my favorite sobriety podcast. Instead of binge drinking, I’m binging these episodes. I’m so glad I found this show. Thank you Gill for making this podcast!!!
