Whenever a coach recommends “visualisation” as a tool, telling you how powerful and amazing it is, etc etc, please consider that there are people, albeit a small percentage, who literally don’t have a mind’s eye. It’s so frustrating and upsetting to have this ability assumed. It just makes me feel alone and on the outside once again, and not able to be included.
