The interviewer talked about herself more than the guest. She interrupted the guest so much.
People are becoming sophisticated about alcohol. Historically, I felt tempted go to where the hip slip to sip wine. Reading This Naked Mind burst the bubble of fantasy promoted by the advertising and ambiance of boutique bars. Now, I feel no sense of missing out on this slice of social life. Anyone can get caught up in the slippery slope of what happens when we mix alcohol with our CNS.
They always talk about social drinking n how friends or u r going 2 react . What about those that r lonely or don’t have friends even if one has tried . That’s very critical. I know someone who drank themselves 2 death due 2 loneliness! Audio is very poor on all podcasts . Please rectify n address the loneliness n heartbreak . Interview some of those people. Please
Shame on you for promoting the use of mushrooms in the middle of an episode where the client and coach are having a meaningful discussion on overcoming addiction to cannabis! While not the same, it is still irresponsible to tout the benefits of another substance for listeners who are making strides in behavioral and emotional changes substance free.
