I stumbled onto Casey’s podcast after searching podcasts that discussed perimenopause and alcohol and I’ve been a loyal listener since. I love how honest and raw Casey is. I love the various topics around drinking, society, women’s health and how to navigate a sober life. I myself have recently decided I’m no longer drinking and recommend the podcast to anyone whether still drinking or not.
Casey is a well-prepared and skilled interviewer. She immediately puts her guests at ease! The result is meaningful conversations that dive deep and are also fun and engaging. This is one of my favorite podcast shows!
