I am so glad I listened today. Thinking vs Feeling and confronting the fear. Great tools when these thoughts come to bear.
I enjoy Casey’s podcast every time. I always learn something new from her and her guests. It’s very friendly and non-judgmental about drinking. Whether you are questioning your drinking or been sober for years, you will enjoy it and be inspired. I also love her voice and could listen to her talk all day. Feels like a good friend you are hanging out with.
I am not terribly new to the sober curious life but this has been part of a shove I needed to get to full sober. Casey is so warm, real, and relatable.
In a world with a lot of dark and heavy conversation about addiction and sobriety this has been a light in the cave. Casey’s tone, personality yet authenticity strikes a balance that is truly one of one. I’ve been hunting for something that truly focuses on women and is easy to at any point in the day and this podcast has hit the heart of that in the best way. Highly highly recommend.
I can’t thank you enough for your straightforward but compassionate approach to your podcast. I am in my 50’s and newly sober for 4 months. I have listened to other podcasts but find yours the most relatable based on where I am in my life journey. I look forward to your podcast every week. Looking forward to getting more involved with your group of awesome sober women!
