Whoa. What Suzanne has created with this podcast and the sober/sober curious women's meetings should change the whole world. It surely changed mine.
I joined this sober mom group platform with high hopes, seeking genuine support and connection during a vulnerable time in my recovery. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing and concerning.
The recent retreat, for which members paid a significant amount, was presented as an opportunity for healing and community building. Instead, it seems to have resulted in further hurt and division. Instead of addressing the issues that arose with grace and accountability, the leadership ... more
Yikes. I had to turn the latest episode off less than 10 minutes in. Have always appreciated this community/podcast but it seems to have shifted gears with all the drama talk. What happened to women supporting one another? Ugh.
Disappointed to hear you speaking negatively about the women who spent $1,900 to attend a retreat that supported your platform and business—especially when they believed they were in a safe space. Feels like a lack of respect for those who believed in what you were offering.
As someone who values honesty and respect, I find it disappointing to see such a negative portrayal of the women who attended the last retreat. It’s hard to reconcile this version of events with what was actually experienced. Integrity matters, and rewriting history at the expense of others feels unfair.
