Lawrence is a fantastic host and I love the different types of episodes he does, the Star Wars intros definitely add to the experience. Will he ever run out of references? Loving that he brings on female guests, keep them coming - Trilby
I look forward to every Monday knowing there will be a new exciting episode!
Found Lawrence’s podcast after being a fan of TBD, who then found BDU, and wanted more! Highly recommend the general of sugar-free lollies and Jedi lore. Much love and keep it up!
General muscle is by far my favourite Health & Fitness Podcast. The content is highly informative with a great variety of topics covered. The professionalism of Lawrence and his guests is always top notch and the general quality, planning and structure of each episode is excellent and the conversation is easy to follow. Great work Lawrence!
Lawrence still abs so well, easy listening but super informative and interesting, I Actually even enjoy the Star Wars references when I’ve never even watched a single episode/movie!
