I always look forward to a Wednesday morning when a
New episode drops. No doubt one of the better Bodybuilding podcasts out there. Some serious gem episodes with knowledge, some that fee you’ve just sat in on mates catch up. Solid work lads!
Genuinely loving this podcast, there’s always something to learn and they always make me laugh
This is a super boring podcast. They’re not funny, interesting or insightful. There’s never good guests and super rarely any female opinions. They don’t know enough athletes to offer anything productive with their show reviews and they don’t even watch the big shows- not that that will stop them offering limp opinions
The banter is more anabolic than a Zinger with no mayo! Authentic and entertaining.
Love it. Fun, light hearted with great info on a wide range of topics. Always look forward to Wednesday for the next episode. Been listening in from say one.

Episodes often center on contest prep tactics, peak weeks, nutrition philosophies, and the psychology of getting into peak condition, with hosts sharing personal coaching stories and listener Q&As. A standout element is the quartet's transparent, experience-driven discussions—balancing science with hands-on coaching, humor, and a strong sense of community around natural and enhanced bodybuilding scenes in Australia. The format tends to mix actionable tactics (nutrition tweaks, training strategies, burnout prevention) with candid debates and occasional guest interviews, making it useful for coaches, athletes, and s... more
