  • Good intentions but self absorbed.

Lots of effort put into this but not much factual research or advice just a lot of talking about themselves. Therefore the advice is mostly just anecdotal. I struggle with the over the top fake optimism but that might just be me being miserable 😂 I think better sound would help too. There are far better podcasts for muscle building advice IMO.

  • Very informative and listenable, but…

I really enjoy listening to this podcast, and it’s super informative about bodybuilding. However I mainly (actually, solely) like it because of how entertaining and bubbly Tyarra is… but I must say… Jack realy brings down the vibe for me. He’s pretty deadpan and low energy in a lot of these episodes! At least compared to his co-host.

  • My Type Of Podcast

I’ve enjoyed podcasts from a variety of genres like stuff to blow your mind, planet money, some true crime stuff, etc because: The hosts have excellent knowledge, there is fun chemistry between them, and they don’t spend the first 20 minutes of the podcast screwing around. I’ve come across the rare fitness podcast that can passingly check two of those three boxes but the Bodybuilding Dietitians finally nailed the whole sweet spot for me. Plus they come from an academic background in nutrition vs... more
