I love this podcast it’s my favourite health & fitness podcast to date. These two are on point with there evidence based nutrition & training advice. They also have great practical advice to offer. I have been a fan for over 18 months which has led me to being an online client for nutrition & training which as I expected is totally awesome in every way. Thanks guys :)
