  • The last episode…..

I found this episode to be extremely thought provoking. What I desired initially in my practice is not what it is now. Whether that’s advanced or not, who knows. All I know is this episode made me go find my journal and jot some things down to bring into my personal practice and to my group classes. Highly recommend.

  • One of a kind podcast

Bradshaw and Giana do an amazing job of blending real-world practice tips with humor. They’re knowledgeable, sensitive, and insightful. At the same time, they’re hilarious. I like that there are episodes with interviews of teachers and entrepreneurs and episodes of just Bradshaw and Giana talking honestly about very relevant topics. Great show!
