  • Authentic hosts

I always look forward to the new episodes of Yoga-ish especially. Jason and Andrea show up so authentically and have the sweetest marital dynamic. I really appreciate hearing about their journey with their daughter as a fellow parent to a very complex and neurodivergent 8 year old. That being said, I could listen to these two talk about anything and find myself nodding along, smiling, and taking away some helpful tidbits of wisdom.
