    Thanks Jason, you have a knack of saying exactly the stuff that I need to hear as a yoga teacher! Andrea, a quick (unsolicited :)) tip on Sanskrit pronunciation: I find that skipping the last (anglicised) ‘a’ at the end of most Sanskrit words (ex: Swadhyaya) takes me closer to the correct sound! You are both doing a great job, thank you!
