I have always loved Jason’s teachings on Glo. This podcast adds so much to my understanding of yoga and life. It’s so delightful to listen to Jason and Andrea talk about their experiences on and off the mat in a way that feels inclusive to the listener - not an easy feat! So grateful for it all.
This is one of the best, maybe even the best, podcasts for yoga teachers. These two are full of insight. I love them together and individually. You will be glad you spent time with them.
As a new graduate from a 200 hour training, I am SO excited about and grateful for this content, Jason. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It’s like you are reading my mind each time I listen to an episode. I am eating it up. Will definitely enroll in your 300 hr program the next available session. THANK YOU!💗
So very helpful and such great information in an informal setting. My go-to podcast!
Thanks Jason, you have a knack of saying exactly the stuff that I need to hear as a yoga teacher! Andrea, a quick (unsolicited :)) tip on Sanskrit pronunciation: I find that skipping the last (anglicised) ‘a’ at the end of most Sanskrit words (ex: Swadhyaya) takes me closer to the correct sound! You are both doing a great job, thank you!
