Amazing podcast!
Just discovered this amazing podcast. Thank you so much for all the inspiration.
I just got diagnosed with ADHD at age 56. I’ve lived a private double life for decades and am exhausted, but the diagnosis means I am not broken and podcasts like this help me realize it’s been a super power. Now I can focus (ha!) on methods to remove the “exhausted” parts of my daily life. I am not broken, I will be whole, and this podcast is inspiring!
I’m a little late to this Podcast. But I’m used to being late…
It’s fast and provides good information and examples about how to be successful as an adult with ADHD. It is a superpower not a curse. You just need to learn how to use it.
I’m only 27 episodes in and I’m hooked.
Time to hyper focus!!!
I didn’t know what was wrong with me, but I knew that I couldn’t imagine living the rest of my life like this. I was re-diagnosed at 38 (after being diagnosed at age 9 and parents didn’t tell me). This podcast has helped my mindset tremendously and has given me so many good tips to manage this diagnosis. Running my own business has been an incredible challenge, but am working day to day to implement strategies that I’ve heard on this podcast and it’s helping tremendously!
