  • Great show

My favorite (new to me) podcast. I love that Arthur asks us to learn about the components of happiness, apply that knowledge to our lives, and then share that knowledge with others…the best way to learn.

  • Insightful and useful information

I love Office Hours with Arthur Brooks. I’ve shared some insights with my husbands and try to model what I’m learning. Most podcasts let the listener know there’s going to be an ad break and when they’ve returned- with a jingle, or an announcement. However, this podcast seamlessly goes into the ad and it’s confusing because you think you’re still listening to what Arthur is explaining, but it’s actually a... more

  • Too much religion

I started following after I heard Arthur Brooks on Trevor Noah’s podcast, but after a few episodes, I’m just not into it. Way too much religion way too much schilling for his book and his paid questionnaires and not enough science. Kind of think he might be a little bit of a grifter.
