My favorite (new to me) podcast. I love that Arthur asks us to learn about the components of happiness, apply that knowledge to our lives, and then share that knowledge with others…the best way to learn.
I love Office Hours with Arthur Brooks. I’ve shared some insights with my husbands and try to model what I’m learning. My only issue with the podcast is there isn’t a distinct break between the podcast and ads. Most podcasts let the listener know there’s going to be an ad break and when they’ve returned- with a jingle, or an announcement. I started following after I heard Arthur Brooks on Trevor Noah’s podcast, but after a few episodes, I’m just not into it. Way too much religion way too much schilling for his book and his paid questionnaires and not enough science. Kind of think he might be a little bit of a grifter.
