I suggest that anyone not only listens but implements the things that Arthur teaches. As someone who has struggled in the happiness department my life has been much fuller after making small changes. Truly a life changing podcast and one I look forward to weekly

I love the insight Arthur shares in his podcast. I hear lots of podcasts on neuroscience but he brings all together; the science and the faith, just fantastic. So thankful for it
A five minute episode is more than half ads!!! Too much!
When Arthur interviews someone ( e.g., Rainn Wilson or Dave Ramsey) you feel as if you are dropping in on a wonderful conversation between friends. Thought-provoking, good-natured and insightful. The short episodes (e.g.,Dating a Dark Triad) are easily digestible and to the point. The longer episodes are very valuable but require a little more focus by the listener to grasp all that Arthur has to say.
