  • Inspiration

I listened to the episode about how to get your workouts in while rocking my toddler back to sleep for an hour at 1 am and when my alarm went off this morning couldn’t get up. But I remembered what you said and instead of skipping the 30 minute workout o planned all together, I found a 15 minute YouTube video and knocked it out. Thank you for the pep talk k didn’t know I needed!

  • Great information

This podcast has been extremely helpful as I prepare for my 3rd birth! I’ve had a c section and a VBAC. There is always more to learn, and I appreciate the broad variety of topics presented here. I’ve done the E&E workouts through all 3 pregnancies and my previous postpartum times, and the program has been so valuable. This podcast complements the workouts perfectly. So thankful for Amy and Krystal!

  • A must for moms

Our Healthcare system doesn't give a squat about us after we've given birth and Expecting and Empowered gave me the resources to learn about my body and it empowered me to advocate for myself with my doctors. My obgyn told me incontinence was just a normal part of motherhood. I suffered for years until I found E&E and self diagnosed myself with diastasis recti and prolapse. I did the E&E workouts and stopped leaking. Thank you!
