This podcast has been extremely helpful as I prepare for my 3rd birth! I’ve had a c section and a VBAC. There is always more to learn, and I appreciate the broad variety of topics presented here. I’ve done the E&E workouts through all 3 pregnancies and my previous postpartum times, and the program has been so valuable. This podcast complements the workouts perfectly. So thankful for Amy and Krystal!
Our Healthcare system doesn't give a squat about us after we've given birth and Expecting and Empowered gave me the resources to learn about my body and it empowered me to advocate for myself with my doctors. My obgyn told me incontinence was just a normal part of motherhood. I suffered for years until I found E&E and self diagnosed myself with diastasis recti and prolapse. I did the E&E workouts and stopped leaking. Thank you!
Sleep episode was soo helpful. I loved this subject and relatable questions. This was important for parents in all stages.
I am new to the field of pelvic health PT and am so grateful I found this podcast! Amy and Krystle are so knowledgeable and I appreciate how they are making important education so accessible. Thank you!
