  • Worth while

I love the tips, exercises, and principles! Especially “decide once”. I’ve pushed The Plan and PLAN was my word of the year in 2025! Question though, what are we integrating? When Kendra says the goal is not greatness but integration/wholeness, I feel like something is missing in the concept. I read it in the book and listened to her read it in a recent episode. I saw/heard the lists. Is it balance? I thought maybe wellness? I don’t think I’ve got it entirely.

Kendra’s practical advice not only works for my ADHD brain (when most productivity advice doesn’t), but her foundational approach to self-compassion encourages me to give mysel... more
